Labiotre S.r.l., as a Benefit Corporation, adopts a governance system based on clear accountability, transparency in decision-making, and integrity in conduct. The organizational structure and control procedures are designed to ensure an effective balance between management and supervisory functions, in full compliance with ethical values and applicable regulations.
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, Labiotre has adopted its own Organization, Management and Control Model, complemented by a Code of Ethics, which sets out the guiding principles of the company’s activities and the rules of conduct for directors, employees, and collaborators.
